How do i get the Dorgnia seed?

I have both the greater flight stone and the refined flightsone but i still can't land the in this area because "the ground is too unsteady"
i tried getting there through insita marsh but i couldn't find any exit except the east and west exits.

This happened to me as well. I lowered the Albiore to hover over the ground (pushing up on the stick) and was able to land next to the search point.

Answer

You really should be able to land there if you have the later flightstones. Fly around Port Velkende and look around, it should be there and obtainable ..
