What items or titles could i equip to regenerate my health consistently?

Whenever i am watching videos on Youtube, i notice that the HP of some characters are rapidly replenishing (NOT periodically).
This is one of the videos ive seen that demonstrates it:

I assume what you're referring to is an AD Skill. I don't remember what it's called, but it has the effect of immediately replenishing half the HP taken from an attack. Titles replenish HP or TP outside of Battle, usually when you are standing still for at least 15 or 20 seconds.

jowel of lorelai in luke (item) - ant lion man in anise(item) - holy symbol heals 3% hp periodecaly and spirit simbol heals 3% SP =

He didn't want periodically, he wanted fast like in the video.
