How do I get past the factory?

I need help finding the last oil drum in the factory.can someone please tell me were.

Answer

The final oil drum is located on a small platform to the right of the oil pipe. Push it down and then push/pull it towards the gap of the fence and finally push it down. Then it's just the case of stepping on the pipeline above, letting lots of oil rush into it and light the oil drop with Mieu Fire.
