What is the best way to get all of the AD Skills?

I want to know what is the quickest way to get all of the AD Skills? I have Tutiti equipped because I think that that is the fastest way, but is there a better way?

Tutti gives +4 in all categories, so if you have it equipped from the beginning, you'll obtain all AD Skills for the character it's equipped on within 50 levels. It's best to put this one on Anise first, as she is one of the few who really gets all magical and physical AD Skills. The Grandioz is also a very good C Core to use, although it will take longer.
