Where is it that I gotta go to?

I flew and sailed all over and I still cant find what is causing the seventh fonons that is travling across the sea
I must have passed what ever it is Im looking for like a zillion times
could someone please at lest clue me in on where to look?

Okay, I have no idea where in the story you are. 7th Fonon travelling across the sea?
Are you referring to that huge island circling close to Yulia City?

If so, that is Feres Island.
I found it always easy to get to. Just leave Yulia City, hovering over it on the Albiore and it should be just slightly to the north of it. Otherwise, just wait around Yulia City until it comes around again.
