Master all recipes tittle?

Ok so i have gotten all the recipes and master all of them for anise. where do i go to get her little big chef tittle casue hen i got to keterburg on the 2nd floor of the hotel. the guy won;t give it to me. and yes i am positive i got and mastered all of them.

For her first title, you'l need 3 stars on all recipes with anise, then talk with the man on Keterburg while Anise is the character on the screen (Red Flag on her in the status screen)
For her second title have the Magical Pouch and All Purpose Knife, go to the area to the left of Grand Chokmah castle (The Military one). And talk to the guy inside there, maybe need the Little Big Chef equiped.
There is a total of 20 recipes in the game.
