Fighting cameo team on hard mode?

Do you get anything for fighting the cameo team on hard mode or above? I've fought them before on the ps2 version of abyss, but forgot if you are rewarded something for doing this.

The drops remain the same, no matter what difficulty you have your game set to.

Well, from what I can remember...
Faerie Ring -> -50% TP Cost
Mumbane -> Best Armor for Luke
Prism Protector -> Armor for Natalia/Tear
Priestess -> Tokunaga "Hat" that unlocks Inspect Eye
