Rejected proposal?

Trying to marry Ironha. I have seen all her events, have all the build requirements and she is at a red heart level. Its the weekend, non festival and sunny.

However, every time I give her the blue feather, she says she needs more time and turns me down. What am I missing?

Did u do all of the following: (more or less guessing its the time u are proposing)

To propose, give your sweetheart the Blue Feather on Saturday or Sunday when the weather is sunny and it is not a festival day, between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm; Soseki is after 9:00 am and the Witch Princess is after 12:00 pm. S
