New Game + (New Game option)?

I am aware that once you beat Revelations you get new game + but just to be double sure if you select new game instead of continue while you are already on new game + this will just start a new game + and not a totally new game with a clean slate correct???

Correct. Once you have completed the game once, every new game option becomes a new game plus option. Even if you have already started a new game plus playthrough and you happen to pick new game plus, it still restarts the game with all of your ammo, weapons and custom parts. The only way to start completely fresh is to erase your save file.
