Your talking about how to use the blue fire, right? Because you cant use "Red Ice" on blue fire. I don't even think its possible to capture red ice in a bottle. Well if your talking about how to use blue fire on the red ice in the Ice dungeon, all you have to do is capture blue fire from a blue fire gauntlet, and all you have to do is pour it right next to the Ice. Its as simple as that. I hope that's what you mean, because i have no clue how to put out Blue Fire with Red Ice.
