How do I get the hovering gray ruppee in MQ?

How do i get the hovering gray ruppee in the room with 2 reapers that u find with lens of truth in shadow temple?

Ok i found out how to get the gray ruppee now i know how to get the key i needed. I played the song of time to get the block there.

there are a few things you can try. the first would be to try to use the longshot to latch onto a target near the ruppee or one that would drag you through the ruppee. you might need to use the lens to find the target. another would be to get on a platform and try to use the hover boots to reach it. i played the game in an earlier version, not the 3ds but i remember that there were a lot more Time blocks
