Why won't the sliver glove work?

I got all of the coins and now all I need is to beat the final boss but I can't pick up the big rock in the fire one in the castle or the one with the fairy? Help?

Answer

This is because you need the golden gauntets, not the silver one. The golden gauntlets are in the shadow room

Gold not silver man. Go inside the shadow area and there should be a chest on a platform that has the gauntlets

In master quest it is in the spirit room
