How do I Enter the giant fish in Zoras Domain?

I caught a fish at the pond but i cant put it in my empty bottle

You don't use that fish. Go back to Zora's Domain. Once there, run down the path leading to the shop to the shallow water. You will see a small fish you can capture in a bottle somewhere around there. The ones at the pond of Lake Hylia are for 2 optional items that can be obtained. Take the captured fish to Lord Jabu Jabu and release it in front of him.
