New Posting Engine (Spoiler tags, Quoting, etc)

I think it's high time GameFAQs upgraded the system myself. I have several suggestions though:

- Take your time with this. This would mark a huge change for GameFAQs.
- For HTML and Spoilers, perhaps including an option that allows the options of standard text to exist would satisfy people of old. Example, if it's on, instead of hiding a post under spoiler tags, it would simply revert the text into the classic way we post spoilers.
