This week saw both myself and Devin heading out to CBS Interactive's offices to do some meetings and make some plans for the second half of the year. A lot of really good stuff came out of it and we have some big plans for the rest of the year, but until we've both had some time to go through our notes and start plotting out a schedule of when we're doing things, I can't really go into much detail.
We did roll out one big new feature this week, the user polls. Our method of rolling the feature out to the highest level users first and then moving it down has worked wonders, allowing us to catch errors at each level and tweak them before the next group gets their hands on it.
We have a few more fixes we'll push live today and then we'll see how the weekend goes. If all goes well, we should be able to lower the level limit to its lowest setting on Monday or Tuesday of next week. --- Um, not to criticize science or anything, but wouldn't it be easier just to call it "the pink one"?
