Howdy all. Today, we're going to take another look at the upcoming FAQ Editor. This time, we'll see how it handles images for Formatted FAQs. As always, remember that this is a work in progress and is not guaranteed to represent the final product.
If you've created a Formatted FAQ with images before, you'll remember that to do so, you have to create the guide, upload it, and then upload the images. With the editor, you'll be able to upload images right away and position them where you want them.
Above, you'll see the basic window that'll pop up when you're ready to upload an image. You'll navigate to the image on your computer, select the proper size, click the upload button, and...
The image has uploaded and now you have access to it. You can select an image from the ones that you have uploaded and then insert it into your guide.
And there it is, all ready to be moved around to where it needs to be. You can apply a caption and then you're set! Overall, much easier than before, right?
We're hoping to have this ready before the holidays, so keep checking in for more details!
Aside from the editor, we did some bug fixes this week. We have properly fixed the new profiles to show when a user is a VIP. We also fixed a bug in IE that prevented users from downloading game saves. Finally, we fixed a bug with our search that was causing games to not always show up on an exact match.
