It has -30 attack, and its attributes are Cut and Dark. Unlike the Mormegil / Holy Buster, which shares the same attributes, the enemy must be immune to both sides of it, or it'll still do damage (if your attack is high enough).

Interesting? Yes. Useful? Not really.

This weapon would be best for low-kill challenge while completing the enemy list! Just slash the opponent with your Tyrfing that deals no damage and BINGO you have recorded his name in the Library

That's possible if all the enemies can be "revenged".

Apocalypse: You can also let Alucard bump an enemy, it also registers the name in the enemy list. :)

possible spoiler, but maybe not.

If you have problems hitting Richter and killing him by accident, this is the sword to use.

yes, bumping also registers...
Passing through the enemy by hellfire also registers right?

It'd still count as an attack, I don't see why it wouldn't.

He means "passing through" the enemy using Hellfire's teleportation.

At first we thought we could use it for a "Boss-Only-Enemy-List" challenge, but it turns out there's no bloody way to pass through the Bloody Zombies in Alchemy Lab without registering them in your enemy list.

hmm i did this glitch wherei back dashed and just before i hit an enemy i quickly changed to a bat, and passed through the enemy without hurting it. Maybe that will work on the blood skeletons.

And yeah i guess the sword is just meant to frighten as part of its gimmick...nothing more?
