Most annoying enemy?

Who do you think is the most annoying enemy in the game?

I'd have to go with either Rockonoffs or those mole things from the Wise Owl Forest.

It's not that they're hard to kill (in fact I built up my Crysknife into a Brave Ark before I faced Dran so even in Queens everything from minor monsters to bosses dies in one hit), but the fact that they do a lot of damage, they can break blocks and in the case of the mole things, freeze you if you aren't paying attention just makes for a very annoying enemy.

Well most annoying for me would have to be...

5) Gyan/Space Gyan- I just plain don't like him...
4) Earth/Moon Digger- annoying attacks. VERY annoying attacks.
3) Gnomes (Sunday, Monday, etc.)- they steal my moneys!!! D:<
2) Witch Illza- I hate this b- uh... witch... And her poison attack is pure evil.
1) King Mimic- if only for realizing that I'm NOT going to get an awesome treasure... That's more annoying than anything...

Space Gyan, Crescent Baron, Moon Bug (I'm always being shot by something off-screen).
I hate Moon Sea in general because it's near impossible to just run through without killing everything in the way.

No mention of the Bats yet? They are one of the first enemies you encounter, hard to hit, and can poison you. Always gave me a couple of close calls.

Any of the skeletal enemies that do the "You "killed" me but I'm gonna get back up and try again anyyway."

King Mimics, because like GenesisSaga said, they kinda get your hopes up, I mean I had to get myself into a constant state of pessimism whenever I was farming for weapons.

Early game, like when you only have the mayor's provisions to rely on, the bats are really annoying, especially when they poison you.

I'd go with anything that constantly evades attacks, or backs away. Like in Queens, the undead pirates, and the cannonball thing, constantly go backwards making it near impossible to hit unless you try to make them back into a wall, or use ranged attacks.. Very annoying

All Bat, Skeleton, and Mimic enemies just aggravate my already limited patience. I get frustrated easily in both DCs because of these guys. This is more true in DC2 for the Speed Kill and Item Kill Medals, but getting Poisoned by the Bats in the DBC of DC1 when I've gotten well past it (I return for Basic Weapon training every time I get another character) is just a slap in the face.
Never argue with or antagonize anyone with at least 10 years, inches, pounds, IQ points, and/or milligrams of antipsychotic meds over you. You will get hurt.

That's why I'm always happy when I get an antidote amulet. Plus less antidotes to lug around (I always carry around way too much crap just in case).

Yeah, the bats are pretty annoying. Especially since they can poison you through your block. What, biting my sword means I'm poisoned?

The Pirate Cannon and the Captains drive me INSANE. Also those Moon Bugs.
