Dragon warrior wind shards and need help. Could end up having spoilers

Ok got the wind shard from balochs tower and the wind shard from litorud present. But where was the third wind shard cause I get to hamelia without it. Can someone please help me.

Never mind it's a land shard that I am missing. Ok it's the land area bottom right. I got the one in mezar and of course that tower I told u about earlier. Ok so that shard would be the bottom left that I am missing
