I just got the Enemy Skill materia, and I apparently need the 'manipulate' materia to use it. Where can I find that materia? --- Unrequited love has never been so bittersweet.

At Gold Saucer when you get Cait Sith in your party. He has it.

You don't need the manipulate materia to get all of the Enemy Skills
http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/file/197341/24334 Look through this It shows how to get all the skills

It makes getting them alot easier you can choose what move they use and on whom they use it. --- "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain"

^ That only applies to a select few
For the bigger ones like Beta, Aqualung, Trine, ????, and Pandora's Box you cannot manipulate the enemy to use them on you.
White Wind, Big Guard, Dragon Force, etc are the ones the enemy uses for stat and health reasons. Those are the ones you would need to manipulate the enemy for. --- FF7 PSX is the SAME as FF7 on PSN

^ You can Manipulate an enemy in the desert by Gold Saucer to get Aqualung and an enemy in the Great Glacier for Magic Breath and Trine. --- "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain"

Of which they use naturally and are multi-target, you don't NEED to use manipulate on those skills.

It's not a minor detail You don't need manipulate to get all the big skills Saying so is redundant because enemies use those skills frequently And the fact that you come into a board to shoot down that idea when you haven't added any relevant info is ridiculous
