In short: 9 extra optional bosses, two existing ones have been toughened up (one only a little bit, one majorly), a few new moves, Quick Hit and a couple of overdrive modes have been crippled, and a new sphere grid (the existing one has a few changes, and there's a new alternative one you can choose to use instead).

OBVIOUSLY PENANCE, Dark Aeons, Oblivion hitting 16 times or so someone says. OF COURSE INTERNATIONAL IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN REGULAR!!!

Quick Hit would like a word with you.

Also, the placement of Dark Valefor and Dark Shiva is still idiotic.

I remember going back to Besaid to try and get the other Overdrive for Valefor. I never read any of the guides for the International version, so I was very shocked at what happened as soon as I walk into the village. Let's just say I was not prepared. I knew Dark Valefor was in Besaid, but geez did they have to put it where they did? Guess that also means I'll have to power up my characters to get the Jecht Sphere in Besaid.
