It's really personal preference. For me, it's

LF: Larbeight
RF: Isken
MF: Mifurey
LD: Ropp
RD: Nav Guado
GL: Nimrook

I prefer Mifurey over Vuroja because she's a better ball-carrier. Same reason for Isken over Vilucha. I don't need a second shooter, so I prefer a tank. And I prefer highest AT + highest BL in defense.

But you can't go wrong with Vilucha, Vuroja, and Kulukan.

You could also go with a one-shooter team:

LF: Larbeight
RF: Nav Guado
MF: Ropp
LD: Kulukan
RD: Kiyuri
GL: Nimrook

The above team practically won't let the ball leave the AI's half of the sphere pool.

Recently I've been using Irga Ronso as MF. Her ball-holding ability is on a par with Mifurey and her AT and BL are much like Kiyuri's. With Brawler her low speed doesn't hinder her much, so she's not a bad choice.
