I was in the Macalania Cloister of Trials, took the time to get the Destruction treasure, set up the ice bridge, went to walk out and stepped on a reset switch removing part of my ice bridge. Had to assemble it all over again, because you can't just get to the bottom floor without rearranging the Macalania Spheres. sigh.

Another time, I had been training for five hours in Omega Dungeon without saving. Had ten of each monster, and have several million gil from Mimics. All of this came to an end when I was ambushed by a trio of Zauruses. Before I knew it, all of my party members were petrified. It happened so fast. In the end, I had a chair with one less armrest.

BurnsideGX3Posted 12/2/2012 1:55:31 PM | I would say Wakka as well. I just didn't like how he swore allegiance to this religion even though so much proof and so much more intelligence is suggesting that it isn't real and is corrupt.
When I was a kid I thought Wakka was a cool character, now I find him annoying and too modern day christian with his whole agree to disagree attitude. They all went through so much, and they seemed relatively smart, but for some reason Wakka was the only one that didn't see it as make believe stuff placed there to keep a society in control.. Which I think is a little racist as well, because they portray some dumb islander who believes in religion and yevon (god), and they don't want him to be smart like the others and realize that its all bull crap.
It is a good game though, and I do like that it has correlations to the world today. |

Particularly, the long one before Yunalesca - I died twice in that fight (once I failed to notice my party was Zombied and used a Mega Potion, and once I healed the Zombie status only to die to Mega Death), and ended up having to sit through that eternal cutscene three times in a row.
