IIRC, you can grind satchets from the piggy enemies in the Home of Gigantos, right after the Valley of Corrupted Gravity.

Duct tape is like the Force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it binds the universe together.

Piggies are the best, though I warn you now that they are VERY stingy. I think the bandits can drop the Bandit's ring, which is nice if you want your males to have a speed boost accessory.

Piggy. They're the only minor foes that can drop Sachets. Best to do this after further into the game, not early as sack space is important.

They appear more in the 1st area of Home of Gigantos.

Try the 3rd or 4th area of the Home of Gigantos (area where there are Rock Fireflies and the area where you first fought the 2 bosses). More common in the 4th area, mind you, although not common enough.

If you are new to the game, it is not worth it.

Levels in this game are very unimportant compared to addition levels.
