When I was played this game for the first time I was in 7th grade.
My friend Tim let me borrow it. Having playing AoE 2 on the pc I loved it right off bat.
I was amazed at the units and the story.
Mutiplayer was a blast.
We didn't mind split screen at 5 FPS.

So i decided to start a new game on Starcraft 64 and will post my updates on the game.

Besides Starcraft 64 needs at least one topic.

Oh great Mod please leave this topic opened.

So I beat the first level as Terran.

Will play alot tommorow

Hey, I've completed the 9th mission! I used a defensive strategy, and lured my enemies most dangerous weapons to my base, and killed them as they approached. I couldn't unlock the bonus mission, though.

I need to ask a quick question, can I still unlock the bonus mission, if I choose to play misson 9 again?

Or is it impossible?

Well, I upgraded my overlord twice, and got him to drop a drone over by the plateu. You know, the one where the prison cell is?
Anyway, I had it mutate into a hatchery, once it was finished, I build a drone, and had it mutate into a Nydus Canal. Basically, I made the hatchery to serve as a checkpoint, so that way I wouldn't have to take the long way, when moving my troops in to attack.

Then, I made three spare drones, and had them mutate into sunken colonies. Using the Nydus canal, I transported all my ground troops to the checkpoint, and used my guardians to draw the enemy closer to my base, once they were close enough, I let my defenses tear them apart. It got annoying, however, due to them rushing me constantly with DT's and Reavers. Finally, when they're numbers were thin enough, I charged whatever remained of my forces, and ripped through they're buildings.
I probably could have beaten it, in the required time, if I just build more zerglings/hydras, once I had the upper hand. However, I didn't expect my little "plan" to work. So, what'd you think? Pretty slick, eh? Not to brag, but that was pretty smart.

Seriously though, not to brag.
