That wiki doesn't even have -everything-, so I still am of the opinion that this is all safely "game facts."

I really can't seem to find a good format for this unless I use tables, though; that's the problem.

Then use tables. Just don't make them like exactly like the original source. You could sort them differently. If source has them alphabetically, sort by some other method.

Oh no, it's all about how you format the table that counts, but eh. Like everyone else says, in the long run it's not that big a deal. If you don't feel it's wrong and if it isn't wrong by law, everything's fine.
