I have the same doubt. I've seen walkthroughs and FAQs in Spanish, for example, and I've been hesistant to write reviews because of this issue

I couldn't really find one that fit, but he's pretty loose on how you ask, to a point. This should suffice - it did for a Top 10 List question.

I'm getting very annoyed by the rejections my review is getting.
It's always the same thing: Paragraph_Spacing. But I'm pretty sure it's cleaner and easier to read than most blocky reviews accepted for the same game. (Majora's Mask)

I've already added spaces, re-formatted my pagraphs to make them less 'blocky'. Made titles bolded.
I have no idea what else I'm supposed to do. I just want to post the damn review.

Are you allowed to submit a review that you have already had put up on another site? For example, a user review section of another site or a personal blog?

I wrote a review of Metroid Other M and it got rejected for because I used line breaks within paragraphs.

The format in the link looks fine, but if there is any hidden markup for formatting, it probably still won't be accepted.

Just copy and paste that into the review submission and make sure it looks right and you should be good to go.
