Why didn't the Saiyans ever wish their planet back?

#1Jump_Man7Posted 5/20/2012 4:36:24 PM
You'd think Vegeta or Goku would just wish the damn planet back but they never do. And while I'm on the subject of wishes, why didn't Vegeta ever gather the Dragon Balls on Earth and wish for immortality after he was revived on Earth?

Because Vegeta had no way of being able to find the dragonballs.

And what would Goku and Vegeta do with an empty planet?

Breed a whole race of sayain-human hybrids. A whole lot of interbreeding at first but after awhile it wont matter.

Except they wouldn't As evidenced by raditz/nappa's deaths, vegeta didnt care at all about his fallen comrades. ANd goku had no connection with the saiyans whatsoever. He wouldn't have cared. If anything, as far as he kknew they were a race of planet slaughtering sadists. Why woulld he even consider bringing them back.

his whole purpose for doing so in the first place was to beat freeza. in the process of going after freeza, he came to realize just how much he coulld push himself and deemed immortality unnecessary for gaining power. Freeza was dead anyway, so as far as he knew, that advantage was unnecessary.

I think they care more about their family than interbreeding to propagate their race.

I don't know why this is asked so often. It's made clear in the series that neither Goku nor Vegeta give a s*** about the dead Saiyans. Goku even mentions it when he's burying Vegeta on Namek.

As for the immortality part, DarkBuster explained it better than I could.

Nappa suggested that on the way to Earth and Vegeta said no.

Before this statement was made, I had wondered if the fan base was going to go forwards or backwards in knowledge for the past week I wasn't here to keep folks in check.
