pretty good episode. For some reason going through the route in the VN seemed awkward/forced to me while the progression of events felt more natural here. I also like the level of participation from the rest of LB throughout the ep. Also this is getting me wondering what happens in Kanata's route in EX

That wasn't baseball. You'd think a baseball anime would be about building a team then going on to win tournaments and then to the superbowl of baseball (whatever the heck that is). But this building teammates arc is taking waaaaay too long.

Haruka had the best route in the VN and I'm liking how they are adapting it here. I have a few minor qualms but its good over all.

Based on episode preview too, I'm not sure if they finish the route next episode.. This might be going 4 episodes.

It's not a sports anime. It's a drama/key anime. The baseball is just a way to show Kyousuke's personality (Likes to do random crap), and for the other characters to get introduced.

The anime version does have less of the baseball then the VN version, though. That had the baseball practice minigame every day and had scenes during practice as well.. they've mainly skipped that stuff.

The scenes during practice were so good though... Kurugaya just messing with everyone <_<

a lot of the characters also had really wacky lines during the baseball minigame itself
