If he can continue to lead the league in scoring, and if the Knicks can somehow surge past the Heat to take 1st seed, Melo can steal the MVP Award from Durant or Lebron. Anything is possible.

When it comes to MVP voting, all anyone will remember is Lebron's historic stretch of fantastic efficiency and dominance. The longer Lebron continues to play like this, the less chance anyone else has at winning the award, no matter what seed they finished with.

Melo will need some kinda statement game to steal the MVP... like a career higj scoring performance vs the heat.

According to KG, he can't.
#6Snacks23Posted 2/11/2013 7:37:55 AM
he'd need 120 points 75 rebounds and 40 assists off of 110% shooting per game for the rest of the season to steal mvp from lebron

Depends on if the Thunder keep destroying people to the point where KD doesn't get to play in the 4th.

He can win the Scoring Title but no way for MVP, LeBron barring an injury right now has got it.
2012/13 Memphis Grizzlies: 32-18
Do you mind if my friend sits this one out...she's just dead!

lmao mvp
he can win the scoring title - depends on the style of Durant's play/how high his usage rate is.
Leafs / Raptors / Blue Jays / TFC / Argos / Tottenham

I like Melo but I can honestly say he'll never win MVP. You gotta have good stats in categories other than just scoring. Even his rebs arent that great compared to LeBron or Durant.
