You gotta have a long and successful regular season career to have a playoff record like that

They're now tied with 11 losses. However, Favre has 13 wins to Peyton's 9, and Peyton has far more one-and-dones (8, to Favre's 3).

Dan Marino never won the superbowl, however people with a brain understand he was one of the most dynamic players of his time. Yesterday's lost was not on the fault of Peyton, it was the safety who choked and let Baltimore back into the game.

Yea because Peyton didn't throw that pick in overtime or anything.

Yeah, Manning allowed a 70 yard bomb with 30+ seconds left that led to a game-tying TD. Manning did not help his cause, but it was a failure by the whole team.

Who cares about the pick in OT? It should not have been an OT game.

With around 40 seconds to go and no time outs, that safety really blew it for his entire team. The more passes you throw, the more odds that one will be picked off. The QB that never throws an INT is the QB that never starts.

Putting his team in OT was bad anyway. Around that time defenses are starting to get tired, more prone to injuries, all because he didn't do his job. So let's stop making excuses for number 36, he lost the game.

If you are supposed to be one of the greatest qbs of all time you don't throw a pick when the game is on the line like that. We can go back and say maybe if the defense held up Peyton wouldn't have been put in that position. But the fact is that the game was in his hands and he blew it. This wasn't any freak interception off of a tipped ball or anything like that either. Just a poor throw and a poor decision to throw across the body like that. Just accept that Peyton is a choker and stop making excuses for the man.

Lol @ blaming the D.... No one is claiming the D to be the best (or even one of the best) of all time. Sure they sucked it up at the end.

Thing is they stopped the Raven more than once in OT and gave Manning a chance (more than one actually) to just get a FG. If youre a supposed best of all time you have to win when the ball is in your hands and the games on the line. Whats Manning do? Throw a terrible terrible game ending INT.
