Why does Peyton suck in the playoffs?

You mean the tools that went 11-5 with a rookie?

...and Chuck Strong, Bruce Arians, etc.

It is easy to look like you know nothing when you leave out key points.

But when they were winning with Manning it was all Manning right?

Did I say that? Manning needed Bob Sanders to make the team a Super Bowl winning team.

Because he's not playing teams like the Raiders.

You implied when you said they went 2-14 because Manning wasn't playing.

because you need the ability to improvise plays sometimes to win in the playoffs against good teams and he has almost none of that. if he doesn't read the defense pre-snap he's in trouble. Also his defenses have been pretty bad in the playoffs too.

His play isn't much different, it's usually the defense or the coach that screws the team over. For example, Rahim Moore last year, or Caldwell calling a TO in 2010.

Or Vanderjagt in 2004 or 2005, I believe?

Fact of the matter is that in a great many of his playoff losses, Manning and his offense were to blame. His defense often did a good job in those games, and he and his offense choked big time. Even the one year he won the Super Bowl, he only had one good offensive game, against the Pats, in a game with piss poor officiating that greatly benefited his team.

No excuses.
