Besides, the worst play was that garbage on 3rd and 3 which would have iced it right there.

I liked the play but god damn LeSean busted his ass.

On a critical play like that you need more than a one read option. Shady fell down and the whole freaking play fell apart. You're telling me there was nowhere else to go with the ball?

I think there was but once LeSean fell, the gates of hell opened up on Foles and he had virtually no time to look elsewhere. Just my theory.

Troy with dat analysis.

I would hope that this can open a "window" for us with another decent draft or two. Dallas' core is aging, Eli is old and the Giants have a ton of free agents, the Redskins will be better next year but are still reeling from the lack of funds and picks over the last few years. At any rate, it's nice to be in December/January and still not counting down the days until the draft/FA.

Ehh, the Redskins being better is debatable. It depends on if another year allows RG3 to get better or not. This season he was doing the same things as his rookie year, but he wasn't the best athlete on the field anymore. If he gets that back, obviously they get better, but I don't know if he ever will. That, and they still have Snyder running things. As much as people here hate on Lurie for some reason, he gets out of the way of football decisions and is willing to spend money, that's pretty much all you could ask for from an owner.

Also, LOL at the skins for handing the Rams the #2 pick in the draft.

I may be the minority here but I like them using Brad Smith. It keeps defenses on their toes and I still think it's due for a big play. I love that Chip continues to try it. As for the 4th and goal, I like the QB sneak the first time. After Garrett burned that timeout I would've liked to see them kick the field goal instead of running the SAME exact play. Other than that I think Chip coached great today.

I'm okay with the Brad Smith stuff.

Also, how about Cary Williams these past few weeks? Is this guy just a gamer or something? Like he shows up in big games and is ass otherwise? Maybe that's how Baltimore won a ring with him. I still think he is cheating half the time but he seems to get away with it *shrug*

I prefer physical play like his rather than nnamdi's girly ass

I've been on this whole "Saints aren't so scary in cold weather" thing like some of you. But if we put zero pass rush on Brees like we did against Orton, it wouldn't matter if we're playing Vince Young in Antarctica, you can't give that kind of time.

Remember when the Bucs came to Philly in the 02 NFC Championship game having never won a game with temperatures below 32 in franchise history? Yeah I don't have to hear crap about the weather.

That's every WR in the league. Even trash WRs get open over the course of the game. He just might not have been the read on those plays or Foles was forced elsewhere.

Just out of curiosity if you ran the Eagles what would you do regarding our pass catchers situation?

Draft a WR that you think can create his own catches. Doesn't HAVE to be someone big, Riley Cooper is big and he can't consistently do it. It's not going to be easy, but the Eagles don't even seem to be trying to find a WR.
