Dr.Conners still his hands and is a technology engineer for S.H.I.E.L.D, safe to say they made alot of changes.

Shield has a way of getting into many a nook and cranny when they appear in a series.

Besides, who would turn them down? You'd get to hang out in a helicarrier. I've always liked those things. For that matter, I always thought Tailspin needed more then just that one flying pirate carrier.

You... do realize this show is based on ULTIMATE Spider-Man, right?

Venom was never an alien symbiote from another galaxy in the Ultimate universe either. He was a suit created by the fathers of Peter and Eddie with the purpose of curing cancer.

The big change here isn't that he's a man-made creation, it's that apparently they made him a creation of Doc Ock, which is disappointing since the suit's origin in USM was what made Ultimate Venom and Pete's relationship actually interesting.

Of course, it's still possible that more will be revealed as the series goes on and that we find out that Venom had a more similar origin to his original Ultimate counterpart.

I finally saw it and so far I'd say it's mediocre, I don't want to be "that guy" who nit picks everything that's wrong, because I know it's a new show, and I should judge it on its own merits and not compare it to SSM. But come on, stop with the sight gags, stop with the cutaways, give me a proper story. So far all we've seen in Spider-man, I hope they show more Peter Parker.

It's nightmarebunny. The man is powered by nitpicking. I believe if he does not nitpick he will die.

I knows that like EVERY cartoon Ultimate Spider-man does it's own thing can change some things and in the back of his mind knows that's fine. However he has to nitpick anyways because of who he is.

Anyway with Venom, what if go with me here, what if he still is a creation of Peter's father and Eddies father and Doc Ock just has it. Like at the end of the episode Peter finds something that says the Venom was created by his dad. It's crazy but really what if?
