ROFL at the people who cannot appreciate nonlinear storytelling methods! This kind of whining is easily falling into some of the most useless I've seen on Gamefaqs. --- your best friend's drug dealer
i thought they were going to reveal Roy as junkie or something, out of shape, unshaved, looking pretty worn out. --- Teepo, the Dark Dragon of Destiny.
A bit random, but I found this amusing. As you might know, episodes on iTunes usually have a brief description telling you what they're about. Here is, at present, the description listed for the third episode of season two of Young Justice ("Alienated"): "In order to stop Dick Roman and the Leviathans, Sam and Dean must team up with Castiel, Bobby, Meg and the prophet Kevin to storm SucroCorp." I think they got their shows a little mixed up. --- One word in this signature is false.

Idk about the Artemis thing. I think with the team accepting her, she finally managed to accept herself and realize she is her own person and she does not need to follow in the footsteps of her family. Would be interesting if she was secretly moonlighting as a hero while Wally is asleep though. I would like to see more of them, hopefully them returning to the team. --- he-he thought you would get a sig now didn't you wait this is a sig. D'OH

Also, don't forget that it's all having a constant continuity. It's like people are adverse to the idea of a completely serialized show in american cartoons. I mean, every episode has something to do with another episode. It's the equivalent of "writing for the trade". You'll have to judge the WHOLE season when it's over. And an american animation without a formulaic episode structure? HEAVEN FORBID! --- me, me, me....and you you you you.....god only knows it's not what we would choose...to do.

The Justice League being put on trial? Megann and SUperboy's Falling Relationship? I mean, it's like you can't handle any narrative structure other than the traditional 3 act structure. Is this Babby's first time skip or what? And how do you know they aren't going to adress any of the things that happened during the timeskip? --- me, me, me....and you you you you.....god only knows it's not what we would choose...to do.

each episode just shows more and more that we missed Please don't take this as a personal attack, but how did you miss it if the episode gave it to you? and why should they have to pad out every detail? Important or not, fluffing something that can be told in a sentence to something that takes up a whole episode is just padding. Instead of fluff, we're getting a good current story that's also providing us answers to obviously set-up questions due to the very nature of how they are choosing to tell the whole story. Also, apart from this not being some brand new shocking way of telling a story, we're too many episodes in to still be pent up pissing and moaning on that aspect. Beating a dead horse is not good discussion, we're past the part of venting on this complaint because it's not going to change and we knew this after the first episode. We all have our opinions on what they chose to do, but re-stating your beef with the way they chose to tell this bigger picture every time they drop a reveal or answer a gap-question is just plain rude. If you aren't trolling then why not add something relevant to the discussion topic? anyway, here's to the good times and finding a new favorite YJ hero! http://comicsworthreading.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/artemisarrow.jpg http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jR6jeqcgThY/Ty76F-EGZfI/AAAAAAABFBo/VXu_v-srRAQ/s400/Artemis.png http://images.wikia.com/youngjustice/images/a/a9/Artemis's_bow.PNG http://i.ytimg.com/vi/TJS_759A-Qs/0.jpg ...lol, the only pic of current Artemis I could find was a bad frame, imo (face looks distorted!) --- your best friend's drug dealer |
