I'm betting on Joffery's wedding.

Yeah, of all the events that take place semi-close to the end of the Red Wedding, I think Joff's Wedding is the most logical end point as a season ender, with Tyrion being accused and arrested being the last scene of the season. I think the Sansa side of things can wait until the Season 4 premiere, though I could see Littlefinger being the last face we see this season as well, so I'm not too sure.

I'd also be ok with the final event being one of the major events at the Wall.

Just not Daenerys, please not Daenerys.

I feel like there's almost no way they use both the RW and Joff's wedding in this season but then again, if they are making the RW be episode 9, not sure where the logical final episode would be unless it is something to do with the wall that they speed up in events.

I don't think it will be a Wall scene, only because they finished with a dramatic Wall scene in season two. I don't recall the timeline as I haven't read Storm in a while, but does Stannis arrive at the Wall in that book or Feast? Wildlings marching on the Wall is going to be awesome. I hope it gets a decent budget like Blackwater did. Or, if they did, maybe end with Jon killing Ygritte?
