I know its a long shot to get help with this game here, but here goes:

I'm trying to run Armada on Windows XP Home SP3. The game is patched to 1.2 and I have decreased my audio acceleration to "Basic" to get around the stuttering sound issues. However, the cutscenes are unbearably slow (like 1 FPS) and gameplay itself is similarly slow. Using compatibility settings doesn't help at all, nor does decreasing any of the in-game settings. Hardware specs:

P4 3.0GHz HT
2.0 GB RAM
MSI GeForce 7600GS 256MB (with latest manufacturer drivers)
Audigy LS

I don't think it really matters, but the game is also installed on a secondary partition of my first HDD (Drive E:). If anyone has any ideas on how to get this game working, I'd really appreciate the help.
