Charge him for battery and involuntary manslaughter.

Where I live, battery isn't a crime, it's a tort.

And you wouldn't sue for battery in this case, you'd sue for wrongful death.

Going to Saskatoon to catch an all ages Ahnabith Gish show for 15 Canadian dollars. Maybe I'll get a wrist band so I can drink a refreshing Molson's - Orca

Care to share where you hail from? Most places make it a criminal offense depending on the degree of the act, and this case of murder, most reasonable people agree, is criminal.

Even in one punch. This is crazy, it seems that getting punched in the head can threaten life. Even a teenager can cause this kind of damage.

What do you think happens to this kid?

Ban high capacity Assault hands!
No but seriously, battery and manslaughter.

Blood for blood.

Is a ****ing awful philosophy.

Why's that?

If someone murders me (and I've told this to my friends and family members), I definitely want to be avenged.

And then his friends take vengeance on your friends, and then they avenge that friend, etc.

We all think your philosophy sucks balls because that's what it does.

As if we needed this story to know this. Martin was killed a little over a year ago when someone defended themselves.

Oh man don't bring Trayvon Martin into this. Here I was this whole time, just KNOWING completely without a shred of doubt that Zimmerman was not in any reasonable danger of death or great bodily harm since Martin was only punching him. Now my whole world is upside down.

I never saw a brute I hated so; He must be wicked to deserve such pain.

That's why we have a government - so that it's a 1 for 1.

And if my friend was an ass and murdered someone, I'm not going to avenge his death. He had it coming.
