He'd probably be guilty of manslaughter unless the prosecution ****ed up too had in aiming for murder 2.

I voted not guilty but think the jury will go with Manslaughter ultimately for numerous reasons.

Should be acquitted. I think 2nd degree murder is right out, but manslaughter is a possibility.

He'll probably get not guilty, though I personally think he should get at least manslaughter. The compromise option will also have the added benefit of not starting riots as well.
