1. Are new souls created? What rate does this happen? Do all births coincide to an old soul.

2. Is it always linear, and going forward, or can a next life come in a previous time period?

3. If it is not linear is it possible for the same soul to crass paths with itself in two different lives?

There is only one soul. It is reïncarnated ad infinitum, and across space and time. So every interaction between beings is an interaction between this one soul.
