orthodox religious iconography alone. Its an excellent Soviet propaganda flick that focuses on the conflict between Tsar Ivan and the boyars/church. If you are interested in this sort of thing its a great old movie to check out. Man though this orthodox stuff is bizarre looking (Though it might just be Orthodoxy through the eyes of the Soviet, which might be doubly bizarre :D).
