I mean, it's not as if we've harmed him. If anything, Satan has us to thank for his being the de facto ruler of the universe. If we hadn't sinned, he wouldn't have gained his authority. Far from hating us, he actually shows his appreciation by giving us guidance through things like oracles, astrology, psychic readings, and pagan religions. In spite of the fact that God has condemned him to hell without even the possibility of forgiveness, a punishment God has not imposed upon us, Satan nevertheless altruistically provides us with support and guidance during our times of need, even though we're of no help to him.

I don't know what kind of Satan you're talking about, but very little of that describes the Satan of the Bible.
