which religion is it in which reincarnation is like a recycle plant queue

also similar idea to Beast Wars' All Spark and kara no kyoukai's akasha

I guess this is like going through a recycling plant queue where your soul gets wiped clean, and then off to the next life being born that needs a soul.

the idea is basically, when you die, your soul rejoins this giant swirl collective of souls, and when the life is going to be born, a soul just goes to that life. not sure whose turn is next in the reincarnation part, but I assume it's probably a queue of some sort.

the system lacks a deity to control this system, but doesn't attempt to explain why the system works this way, just that it does.

pretty sure there was a religion or some sort of belief like this, I remember reading about it, what is it called?

unrelated note,
technically the beast wars all spark doesn't count because they actually have a god called primus who split his soul into tiny pieces to create transformers, and autobots and decepticons representing his inner struggle and stuff.
