Is anyone familiar with the Baha'i Faith or Liberal Quakerism?

Want to hear some opinions on both. I've attended Baha'i devotions and was involved with some youth groups in Austin and Sacramento briefly, but it was one of the best experiences I've had. How harmonious it is, promoting unity, able to study different religions and draw from their wisdom. And the community was so friendly and accepting, even to people like me who didn't consider themselves Baha'i. I do have a problem with their stance on homosexuality, and premarital sex, but it almost never comes up in conversation or social gatherings.

Liberal Quakerism, I don't know much about, but I've read a bit about it and it also captured my interest. Promotes individual exploration and our own personal relationship with God. I don't know ANY Quakers though, and all my knowledge comes from a synopsis of their beliefs.

Are there any other religions or faiths that are more.... modern? Promoting our own interpretations and develop our own personal relationship with God? Still changing?

I have a friend who is of the Baha'i faith. We haven't had too many religious conversations sense she believes such discussions are polarizing, but I have noticed she has a superstitious side
