Just on a silly aesthetic value, Christoph Schonborn and Antonio Canizares Llovera have that Popely look to them.

That aside, if the rumours going around are true about the Vatican looking for a younger Pope, those other Cardinals on the list are not potential options.

Also, about Pope Benedict, I think it was mentioned today how one of the reasons for him not able to fulfil his obligations anymore is due to an eye problem he has regarding lack of vision, and that has likewise affected other members of his family with an ongoing disease.
