but I would definitely say it makes worth further investigating, at least.

Freedom of religion is protected by law. That's the extent to which it should be taken seriously.

I think the fact that so many disparate cultures all have their ways of seeking some kind of god or spirits should at least give someone pause to consider the possibility. I dont think it really shows much one way or the other though....
