Need some help... losing faith.

#1MoistenPosted 7/9/2013 6:27:54 PM
Hi ladies and gentlemen, I was wanting to know if some of the Christians on this board could help me. We're currently learning about other religions in school and it's just sort of been an attack on my faith. I'm just seeing other beliefs saying the same things that I say, and while I do feel like I have a very personal relationship with Jesus, it makes me wonder. Can someone give me some reasons to stick with the religion I know to be true? I've searched my heart and I know it to be true... but I just got a nagging feeling that I really would like shaken. Thanks for your help and God bless!

If taking a semester to learn the most superficial aspects of world religions is shaking your faith, then your faith must not have been that strong to begin with.

Your faith deserves to be shaken. Let it happen. Maybe you'll fall out of that false religion and into the true religion.

Going by what the average Christian considers Christianity to be, yes, your version of Christianity is false.

Maybe as you continue in your class, you'll see.
