iPr0kkaFTWPosted 7/1/2012 12:13:04 AM | Medium salmon as in the way it is cooked (medium rare)? Um no thanks. I usually bake (or grill) my salmon till it's fully cooked (but not dried). Also I get my salmon from the farmer's market. |

I don't really like overcooked fish when it's all dried and not moist. Like I said in my previous post, I cook my salmon until it's fully cooked but not dried. It retains the moisture in the salmon. |
dhalsimrocksPosted 7/1/2012 11:39:28 AM | Not a big fan of salmon, but if I absolutely had to eat it, I'd prefer it medium or if good quality, even medium rare. My favorite salmon is cold smoked (still mostly raw).
Tuna steaks, however, are practically inedible at anything above medium. Even medium is getting really fibrous. --- May all your disgraces be private |
ChocolatlPosted 7/1/2012 12:15:34 PM | Medium fish and medium-rare fish are both terrible, mushy and nasty. If you don't know how to cook it correctly, you're better off eating it raw. --- Why shouldn't truth be stranger than fiction? Fiction, after all, has to make sense.--Mark Twain |

Do us a favor and try eating a medium done swordfish compared to a fully (or overcooked) swordfish that's been cooked on the grill. Let us know which is terrible and nasty. |
