How Do You Uncurse A Character?

#1RitnFoolPosted 1/2/2011 4:58:48 PM

I am in Arnika, and unwittingly equipped a cursed item (it's curse status was ?) - how do you cure this? I assume it's at the Temple with Braffit, but could not find any way of making him do it!

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Michael

Short answer: Remove Curse is either a level 4 Divine/Wizardry spell (or scroll), or a Bishop can do it for free.

And it only lets the character remove the item; cursed items are always cursed.

...was it Bloodlust?

Urgh, that one's always such a dilemma for me. On the one hand, berserk is less accurate than attack, and being cursed means no extended or ranged capability. On the other...extra attack (or even two) for massive damage.

Actually gave it to my Fighter last playthrough, and kicked enormous ass with it all the way up to the Sorceress battle, when I could replace it with Fang (and later, Fang with Excalibur).
