looks workable as long as you can manage aggro ok. I'd suggest using best named launchers or navy launchers. And also a X-Large shield booster, murders your cap, but boosts bigger shield amounts. I can send you my own personal fit if you like, its a bit skill heavy but its perma-boost.
Consider dropping 1 or 2 of the CCC's for the shield rigs which are like, capacitor safeguards or something, pretty sure those cap-based lowslots hurt your boost amount too so consider replacing them. Drop the invul field for another specific hardener or a target painter. --- Mr.Kipling just launched a nuclear holocaust at third world countries!.... but he does make exceedingly good cakes
i think flux coils reduce total cap by 10% so i guess it does hurt it a little. Although my cap stable build is very similar to this. To save even more cap, you could buy an awesomely expensive Gist X Type X-Large shield booster. That option seems a bit of a no, due to gankers and the high price of the module. Here's my Raven Perma boost fit:
[Perma-Boost Raven] Capacitor Flux Coil II Capacitor Flux Coil II Capacitor Flux Coil II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Heat Dissipation Field II Ballistic Deflection Field II X-Large Shield Booster II Shield Boost Amplifier II
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Cruise Missile Launcher II, Wrath Fury Cruise Missile Drone Link Augmentor I [empty high slot]
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I Large Capacitor Control Circuit I Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Valkyrie II x5 Warrior II x5
Bear in mind that my character is quite old and Ive got perfect cap skills so you might not be showing cap stable for you. But if it does, then great! I use a Raven Navy Issue for missions because its just better ^_^ i can post my fit for that too, but its not cap stable. Soon be upgrading to a Golem :D
All I have to add is that you should upgrade to something past meta 1 launchers. --- Another idea I had was the spy/sniper being able to climb into the soldier's rocket launcher and be launched across the map, dealing more damage, but no splash.
I think this set up might be better for missions than a cruise missile set up:
High: 6 x Siege Missile Launcher II (you won't have enough CPU to fit tractor beams, but you can come back to the mission in a salvage cruise to get the loot if you want)
Mid: X-Large Shield Booster II Shield Boost Amplifier II Heavy Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I 2 x Invulnerability Field II 100MN Digital Booster Rockets I
Low: Damage Control II Ballistic Control System II Power Diagnostic System II Co-Processor II Expanded Cargohold II (because you don't have enough CPU to fit another Ballistic Control System, you might as well fit Expanded Carghold, that way you can carry more cap booster 800's for longer missions)
Drones: 5 x Hammerhead II 5 x Hobgoblin II
Rigs: Large Ancillary Current Router I Large Anti-EM Screen Enforcer I Large Anti-Thermal Screen Enforcer 1
Shield Resistances are: 62.5 EM / 70 Thermal / 72.8 Kin / 77.4 Exp at max skill
Damage: 772 DPS with 5 x Hammerhead at max skill. You will need good fitting skills to be able to fit everything listed above.
The 100MN Digital Booster rockets will help you close the distance between you and your enemies, since torpedoes have slow velocity. It will also help you reach the warp gate much faster.
